The City's Community Development Department offers several housing programs, some specifically designed to assist our senior citizens.

Springfield City Area Transit (SCAT)

The ADA Paratransit is a curb-to-curb service offered to all disabled citizens of Springfield who are otherwise unable to utilize SCAT's fixed-route services.
