Facilities Superintendent: Jeff Thomas

The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance of all City owned buildings and facilities as well as providing custodial service for City Hall, Public Safety Building, Central Fire Station, Service Center, and both treatment plants. Additional duties include maintenance of fountains, planters, Fountain Avenue Esplanade, and the City Hall Plaza area. Staff works closely with departments and divisions to provide oversight and technical support for contracted projects at various facilities from planning to completion. The division provides assistance at public functions, such as Plaza Parties and the annual Christmas program held downtown.
